New Flooring Replacement and Installation

New Flooring Contractor in Western North Carolina

New Flooring to go along with your remodeling project or newly built home is a classy way to finish off your project.  There are several different types of flooring material and we can help you choose the most appropriate for your specific needs.

Tiled floors are generally easy to clean and maintain and are excellent for high traffic areas of your home or place of business. Laminate flooring is generally the most affordable solution and is commonly found in homes and small offices today. Finally we have the elegance and beauty of hardwood flooring. JL Builders has the most experience laying custom tile flooring, hardwoods and even engineered hardwoods.

Type Of Flooring Materials We Install

Tile Flooring – The contrast of colors with dual toned tiles is a very popular look and so are earth tones and naturally colored tiles.  The addition of tile borders and inlays really helps make your tile floor or wall area really stand out. Usually dark and light shades of a similar color work really well when used together. JL Builders can provide you with many tile samples until we get the look just right.  Subfloor preparation is key with tile installations and we’ll make sure your floor is level before laying any tile.

Hardwood Flooring – Hardwood Flooring brings a level of class into your home or building that you just can’t match with a laminate or other synthetic material. It looks grea and compliments a wide variety of interior decorating styles.  Hardwood is a very durable flooring material offering many years of use and they also have the benefit of being refinished many years down the road.  Hardwood floors are available in a wide variety of species and finishes that fit into many budgets.

Engineered Flooring – Engineered floors offer the perfect balance between the elegance of a beautiful hardwood floor and the affordability of a laminate floor.  An Engineered Floor still has a solid hardwood surface but is backed with 3 or 4 layers of plywood or HDF (high density fiber) underneath the top layer.  The hardwood surface of your floor will still be real genuine hardwood and have the same look and feel you love with traditional hardwood flooring.
